quick hop train station friendly staff good size small reception loud reception cramped breakfast room noisy breakfast room
The location was stellar. It was just a quick hop from the train station! The staff were genuinely friendly and always ready to help. The room was very modern. Its size was so good!
The reception area was small and loud. I felt there was zero privacy. The breakfast room felt a bit cramped and noisy.

the lack of air conditioning was a real problem. despite reporting it, the room remained stuffy. the receptionist never called back with an update, very annoying. i also found the noise from the street made it hard to sleep even with the windows closed.

central location worked wonders
convenient location fast check-in secure luggage
I found the location convenient. It was easy to reach many destinations. the staff offered fast check-in, even with many guests arriving. i appreciated the secure luggage storage after checking out. I had peace of mind that my belongings were safe.
My room faced an unattractive inner courtyard. The balcony was basically useless.
Location
9/10
The hotel offers easy access to the central station, within walking distance. This is a great advantage. the hotel's position makes it convenient for transportation to other parts of the city via the metro. despite the proximity to the station, the area surrounding the hotel is relatively quiet.
Dining
8/10
Breakfast is available, though not included in all rates. there are several dining options around the main station if you prefer external choices. i didn't experience the breakfast myself.
Service
10/10
The reception staff are helpful and approachable. They assist with queries and requests efficiently. the staff speak multiple languages. This aids communication for international travelers. i observed they handle check-ins promptly, even during busy times.
Facilities
9/10
The hotel provides luggage storage. I found this particularly helpful after checking out. the rooms have proper beds. Extra beds for children include real mattresses. while i didn't require it, i noted this feature for families.

Acceptable stay near the station
main train station train station efficient process clean room street noise street ineffective air conditioning unpleasant smell
The hotel is very close to the main train station. This made it easy to reach my onward destinations. The staff were polite at check-in, AND the process was efficient. The room was clean upon arrival.
My room faced the street, and it was NOISY. The sound insulation seemed inadequate. The air conditioning was not effective, and the room felt stuffy, even with it on. The bathroom had a noticeable unpleasant SMELL.
