The location was stellar. It was just a quick hop from the train station! The staff were genuinely friendly and always ready to help. The room was very modern. Its size was so good!
The reception area was small and loud. I felt there was zero privacy. The breakfast room felt a bit cramped and noisy.

lack of air conditioningstreet noise
the lack of air conditioning was a real problem. despite reporting it, the room remained stuffy. the receptionist never called back with an update, very annoying. i also found the noise from the street made it hard to sleep even with the windows closed.

I found the location convenient. It was easy to reach many destinations. the staff offered fast check-in, even with many guests arriving. i appreciated the secure luggage storage after checking out. I had peace of mind that my belongings were safe.
My room faced an unattractive inner courtyard. The balcony was basically useless.

The hotel is very close to the main train station. This made it easy to reach my onward destinations. The staff were polite at check-in, AND the process was efficient. The room was clean upon arrival.
My room faced the street, and it was NOISY. The sound insulation seemed inadequate. The air conditioning was not effective, and the room felt stuffy, even with it on. The bathroom had a noticeable unpleasant SMELL.
